Returns + Exchanges
All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. All items must also include all documentation, labels and warranty cards.
You will be refunded the cost of the product only. Additionally, all shipping to return the product to the merchant will be at the purchasers' expense.
To obtain a refund, the items must be in their original condition, with the exception of defective or damaged products. They must meet the following conditions:
- In their original packaging, with labels and instruction booklets
- In their original condition (not used or washed)(in the case of a woven wrap, a stretchy wrap or a ring sling, the item needs to be “loom state”; still folded, not washed, not tried)
- Disassembled (where applicable)
- Be cleaned, without unusual odors and without animal/human hair
All products are rigorously inspected upon receipt. Bambino Furniture will not allow returns or exchanges for items that do not meet the above criteria. Bambino Furniture reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange that does not comply with these conditions and return it to the buyer at the expense of the buyer.
After 21 days, items cannot be returned and are a final sale. We pride ourselves in maintaining high quality standards and cannot take back items that have been used, damaged or are not clean.
In-store products marked as 'Liquidation' and 'Floor Model' are final sale and not available for return or exchange.
For safety and/or hygienic reasons, the following products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded:
- Strollers, car seats, high chairs,
- Furniture, cradles, bassinets, mattresses
- Carriers, breast pumps, personal care products
- Items that have been assembled or modified
- Security products and security gates
- Bedding, sleepers and pillow
Returns of Damaged or Defective Items
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the goods upon receipt. For a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days following the reception of your item at email@example.com
Include photos of the product in question and a description. We will contact you as soon as possible and resolve the issue together by fixing the piece or a part.
