Shipping is free for all purchases* of $150 or more before taxes for delivery anywhere in Montréal*

Shipping fees are $40 on any order less than $150 before taxes for delivery anywhere in the Montréal*

*Furniture is not applicable for the free delivery service. In-store pickup at the Montréal store is preferred or a specialized carrier service can be offered at additional costs. ($119 to $139)

Bambino Furniture will package and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-4 business days if all items ordered are in stock.

If a delay were to occur or an item out of stock, a customer service associate will contact you via e-mail or by phone within 24 - 48hrs.

 

Furniture Delivery

Furniture deliveries and oversized items are more difficult to deliver and require a specialized service. 

All furniture deliveries are delivered to your door or at garage level. 

Furniture delivery in Montréal is $119.00

Laval is $139.00

South Shore is: $139.00

Once a furniture order is finalized, a representative will email you call you to schedule a delivery date.

You must be present at the address indicated in your account on the delivery date, if not you will be charged additional fees to get your furniture at a later date.

Be sure to enter the correct information when you create your account, especially your delivery address, phone number, and email address.
It is your responsibility to inspect the furniture at the time of delivery and, if need be, inform the delivery person of any problems.

In-Store Pickup

When shopping online or by phone, you can select in-store pickup at our Montréal location, 6572 av. Papineau, H2G 2X2, Quebec.

Once an in-store order is finalized, a representative will email or call you to schedule a pickup date.

Orders are generally available for pickup 1-4 business days if all items are in stock.

Order Cancellation

Bambino Furniture reserves the right to cancel and refund any order submitted via its website. In such case, an email or phone call confirming the refund of your order will be sent to you.
