Returns + Exchanges Policy

At Bambino Furniture, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you need to request a return or report an issue, our team is always happy to help and will review each case with care.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 21 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition and include all original packaging, documentation, labels, and warranty cards.

Refunds apply to the cost of the product only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in their original packaging, including labels and instruction booklets

  • Be in their original condition and not used or washed

  • Be disassembled, where applicable

  • Be clean and free of unusual odors, animal hair, or human hair

For woven wraps, stretchy wraps, and ring slings, the item must remain in loom state, meaning it must stay folded, unwashed, and unused.

All returned products are carefully inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet our return standards. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange.

After 21 days, all items are considered final sale.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • In-store items marked as Liquidation or Store Sample

  • Strollers

  • Car seats

  • High chairs

  • Furniture

  • Cradles

  • Bassinets

  • Mattresses

  • Carriers

  • Breast pumps

  • Personal care products

  • Items that have been assembled or modified

  • Safety products, including safety gates

  • Bedding, sleepers, and pillows

Furniture Orders

All furniture sales are final sale.

As outlined in our shipping policy, furniture should be inspected at the time of delivery. Any visible damage or issue should be reported immediately upon delivery to the delivery team.

Furniture deliveries are made to door or garage level only.

Damaged or Defective Items

We encourage all customers to inspect their order upon receipt.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once your claim is reviewed, we will work with you to determine the most appropriate solution. Depending on the item and the issue, this may include replacement parts, repair, exchange, store credit, or another suitable resolution.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a returned item does not meet the conditions outlined above, it may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
