At Bambino Furniture, we take pride in preparing each order with care and attention. Our goal is to ensure your items are ready as quickly as possible and delivered smoothly from our store to your home.

Local Delivery

• We offer free local delivery within Montréal on eligible orders of $150 or more before taxes.
• For orders under $150 before taxes, a $40 local delivery fee applies.
• Free local delivery does not apply to furniture or oversized items.
• Montréal refers to the Island of Montréal only.
• In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 4 business days.
• If an item is unavailable or a delay occurs, a member of our team will contact you by email or phone within 24 to 48 hours.

Furniture Delivery

Furniture and oversized pieces require a specialized delivery service to ensure safe handling and delivery.

All furniture deliveries are made to door or garage level only.

• Montréal: $119
• Laval: $139
• South Shore: $139

Once your furniture order is confirmed, a representative will contact you by email or phone to arrange a delivery date.

Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address on the scheduled date. If no one is available to receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply for a new delivery appointment.

Please make sure all contact and delivery details are entered correctly when placing your order, including your address, phone number, and email address.

Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all furniture and report any issue directly to the delivery person at that time.

Shipping Across Canada

We are pleased to offer shipping across Canada on select items.

For orders shipping outside of our local delivery area, payment must be completed by e-transfer before the order can be processed.

Certain furniture items, oversized products, or fragile pieces may not be eligible for standard shipping across Canada.

Pickup orders are generally ready within 1 to 5 business days, provided all items are in stock.

Order Cancellations

Bambino Furniture reserves the right to cancel and refund any order placed through the website.

Should this occur, a member of our team will contact you by email or phone to confirm the cancellation and refund.
